Tenders are invited for the lease of Lot 1 on RP190049 known as 76 Woongarra Street, Bundaberg Central (‘Property’). The entire Property is approximately 779m2 and consists of the main building and a 2-bay colour bond shed. While not formalised, the Property allows for private parking at the rear and ample regulated street parking is also available.

Respondents may nominate their preferred lease duration, however, preference will be given to longer terms such as 10 years. The lease is able to contain options and Respondents should indicate in their response if they require options.
