Tender Description
This is a Physical Works Contract for the construction of replacement bridges over the Waihao River (North Branch) and Elephant Hill Stream on State Highway 82 at 17/2.41 and 32/0, respectively.
The Contract Works comprise of:
• construction of new two-lane bridges spanning the Waihao River (North Branch) and Elephant Hill Stream,
• earthworks and embankment construction
• utility diversions
• drainage, pavement and surfacing construction
• vehicle barriers
• signage
• retaining walls
• landscaping
• and the deconstruction and removal of the existing bridges.
Only tenderers prequalified to Bridge Construction – Level A or B (3A or 3B) and Construction – Level A or B (4A or 4B) under the terms of NZTA’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender.
Electronic copies of the RFT documentation are attached to this advertisement. All communications are to be submitted via the Q&A Portal.
