Tender Description
Council is the Trustee of the land located at 65a Williams Street, Bowen (more particularly known as Lot 1 on CP HR1822).
The site consists of four (4) separate lease areas and currently only three (3) are under lease. As a result, Council is seeking tenders from Community and Not for Profit groups for use of the land that would be consistent with the trustee purpose being Park and Recreation.
