The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (hereafter referred to as "APRA") is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional services for the implementation of Cohesity Alta as APRA’s enterprise backup and data protection solution. The selected vendor will be responsible for validating our design, deploying a secure, scalable, and fully codified backup platform that supports cloud workloads across APRA’s Microsoft M365 and Azure environment. The vendor will also provide software setup and initial configuration for a single NetBackup Flex Appliance for on-prem workload.

The vendor will be responsible for:

• Validation of the design, and confirming the proposed backup architecture, ensuring it meets APRA’s business, technical, and compliance requirements (including ISM and Essential Eight)
• Implementation of the design by deploying and configuring the backup solution using Cohesity Alta Saas Protection, Alta Data Protection and optionally Alta Recovery vault
• Documentation of the security control implemented, in preparation for IRAP assessment.
• Provision and configure client systems for backup and restore testing and participate in validation activities to demonstrate that the solution meets APRA’s RPO/RTO and compliance objectives.
• Set up and configure a single NetBackup Flex Appliance 5360 in our datacentre.
• Provide estimation of timeline it takes to implement the solutions.
