Tender Description
Council owns three transfer stations located at Parkhouse Road, Styx Mill Road, and Metro Place. Council plans to redevelop these sites to enable them to function flexibly and offer optimised waste, recycling and recovery services for the city. As part of this wider redevelopment the existing refuse transfer buildings on each site (Metro, Styx, Parkhouse) need to be repaired and the amenities improved.
