Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport - SSTOM - Market Sounding - Workforce Management Solution Package
RATP Dev, a global leader in urban and intercity transportation solutions, has secured the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract for the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport (WSA) project, in collaboration with the Parklife Metro consortium. As part of its Delivery Phase responsibilities, RATP Dev Western Sydney Airport (RDWSA) is currently exploring the options for the delivery and implementation of a Workforce Management Solution tailored for the rail/transport industry. To do so, RDWSA would like to understand the supplier landscape that could support the delivery of such system. The system must support efficient rostering, regulatory compliance (including fatigue management and RIW integration), and integration with any other systems to ensure safe and reliable service delivery.The selected solution will streamline staff rostering, RIW competency management, monitor fatigue, optimise workforce utilisation, and provide management with real-time visibility of workforce availability and compliance.
As such, RDWSA is interested in understanding which systems (and suppliers) demonstrate the capability to deliver on the below:
1. Functional Requirements:
a. Automated award interpretation (Fair Work compliance).
b. Rail industry contractor induction & competency validation (Integration with the RIW competency management).
c. Real-time fatigue risk monitoring.
d. Integration with Maximo and payroll platforms.
e. Reporting and analysis (export in Excel, PDF and Qlik sense or similar BI dashboards)
2. Non-Functional Requirements: Security (ISO 27001, data privacy and compliance with the NSW State Records act 2019, scalability, mobile-first design, communication, system availability (uptime SLA).
3. Deliverables & Outcomes: Meeting the Functional and Non-Functional Requirements explained above - Within 6 months, the system must roster 100% of staff, process payroll without manual intervention.
