Tender Description
Mosman Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of Stage 1B drainage/stormwater works.
Please note that the proposed drainage works have been split into 3 stages. Stage 1A has already been completed and Stage 2 is NOT included in the scope of works for this tender. This tender is only for Stage 1B.
The scope of the work includes but is not limited to:
-Demolition, disposal and site preparation work
-Concrete Works
- Kerb and Gutter, Concrete Road Pavement, Driveways
-Asphalt Works
- Road pavement
-Restoration works associated with the removal/demolition of footpath/tree pits to facilitate the drainage works
- Brick paving footpath
- Concrete footpath works
- Permeable tree pits
-Supply and Install stormwater (pit, pipes) infrastructure
-Supply and Install Line marking
-As-built drawings, tidy up the site and handover
-Other miscellaneous works as required to complete the Scope of Works
-Make good any damages resulting from construction works
