Tamworth Regional Airport Taxiway Alpha Upgrade

Tamworth Regional Council (Council) is proposing to upgrade the Tamworth Regional Airport Taxiway Alpha (the Project).

Council is seeking to enter the Contract (Contract No. T075/2025), with a private contractor (the Contractor) for the construction of the Project. The proposed Scope of Works and General Requirements for the Project are described in the design drawings and Specifications for Service (refer to Part 3, Volume 2 of this request for tender) (the Services).

Council requires a Contractor who is suitability qualified and experienced in construction of airport pavements.

The Contract is in the form of an amended AS4000 contract, with the method of payment being lump sum.

Tenderers must attend the compulsory pre-tender briefing meeting.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and anyone who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
