Tender Description

Wollongong City Council wishes to engage a contractor for the refurbishment and replacement works at Corrimal Community Centre Hall which include:

  • The replacement and upgrade of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems throughout the centre to improve efficiency and longevity of the system, and user comfort. Works also include the replacement of the existing eastern wall of the mechanical plant platform to fixed louvred screening.
  • Upgrading of visitor bathroom amenities.
  • Replacement of lighting to energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures through the Library and Grevillea community halls.
  • Replacement of the flooring and operable wall between the Grevillea community halls.
  • Refurbishment of the children's story area within the library to improve safety.
  • Refurbishment of the reception office
