Arthurs Point Crossing – Business Case Update

QLDC wishes to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary consultancy to review existing background documents, identify new or current/updated information and complete the requisite updates to the most recent edit of the Arthurs Point Crossing Business Case (BC).

The types of disciplines required for input is considered to be flexible, but a successful proposal will include transport planning, economics and engineering.

The specifics of the assessment will include:

a. An update of the economic case

b. An update of the triggers for the commencement of the development

c. An update to the property and consenting strategies.

The updated BC document should provide a clear evidential justification for the timing and costs for a new structure.
