Solar Photovoltaic and Battery Storage Systems at Council Facilities

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to design, supply and install solar photovoltaic and battery storage systems at Council facilities.

INSPECTION: A site inspection is scheduled for 1pm on Wednesday, 22 October 2025. Inspections are highly recommended but not mandatory.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.

As part of MRCC's Towards Zero Emissions Strategy 2021-2050, Council has committed to achieving all-electric buildings and facilities powered by 100% renewable energy by 2030.

The scope of works for this Contract is to provide the following:

• Design, supply and installation of a solar photovoltaic and battery storage system at Council’s Benetook Depot.

• Design, supply and installation of a solar photovoltaic system at the Mildura Sporting Precinct.

• Design, supply and installation of a solar photovoltaic system at The Alfred Deakin Centre.

Council encourages innovative and creative responses to its specification, however such responses should always form part of a conforming tender.
