Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Moreton Bay City Council invites Tenderers to lodge a Tender for the Centenary Lakes Splash Park and Playground and contains instructions for lodging a Tender.

The proposed development is situated at the Caboolture Sports Complex (Centenary Lakes), located on Morayfield Road, Caboolture.

The scope of works encompasses the comprehensive design and construction of a splash pad/wet zone, adventure play area, nature play elements, the relocation of the designated off-leash area (DOLA), a new toilet block, carpark facilities, and associated pathways, landscaping (softscape and hardscape), and supporting infrastructure.
