Conditions for Participation:
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.3).
Timeframe for Delivery:
The panel document (draft agreement) is expected to be sent out with associated work orders from 5 December 2025. The associated work orders are expected to be in place from April 2026.
