City of Palmerston is seeking a qualified consultant to design Stage 3 of the Zuccoli Community Hub. Services include design of all elements within 'Stage 3' of the Zuccoli Community Hub, including;

• Playground
• Community hall
• Technology and Community Programs Building
• Multi-purpose covered entrance
• Event/amphitheatre space
• Community garden and garden of reflection
• Carpark
• Civil and Stormwater
