EOI for Lease of Kurnell Visitor Centre Cafe

Project goals

The provision of food and beverage service from the new Kurnell Visitor Centre cafe space, under a lease for a term of 5 years with a 5-year option.

Scope

The new Kurnell Visitor Centre building is designed to take advantage of the beautiful views over the surrounding bushland, nearby picnic areas and Botany Bay, and be a destination for park visitors.

Space for the installation of a commercial cafe with indoor and outdoor dining areas has been provided on the well-appointed north-eastern corner of the new visitor centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced operators to develop a thriving hospitality business that supports and enhances the natural, cultural and heritage values of the National Park.
