Hastings War Memorial Library Seismic Upgrades & Refurbishments

Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves the seismic strengthening of the Hall of Memories, refurbishment of the Hall of Memories, and other potentially other renewals for the Hastings War Memorial Library for the Hastings District Council.

Respondents who are unable to meet all pre-conditions should conclude that they will not benefit from submitting a response.
