Neerigen Brook Primary School - Power Upgrade

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a power upgrade at Neerigen Brook Primary School, as part of the Electrical Upgrade Roofing Program.

The Work includes but is not limited to the supply, the delivery to site, storing, and installation and testing of the Electrical Services systems listed below and as per the Consultant’s specifications.

• Modification of SMSB
• New Administration DB to replace existing DB
• New Library DB to replace existing DB
• New DB at Block B to replace existing DB
• Underground conduit and pit system
• Testing and Commissioning.
• Make good to the wall, building entry point and floor after DB replacement

Works during term break preferred. School to confirm whether work can be carried out during term.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at 170 Seventh Rd, Armadale on 17 October 2025 10:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Neerigen Brook Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 170 Seventh Rd, Armadale Western Australia 6112.
