Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a roofing & mechanical services upgrade at Neerigen Brook Primary School, as part of the Electrical Upgrade Roofing Program.
The Work includes but is not limited to roof replacement and repairs (D&C), electrical works, ACM works (testing and removal), mechanical/gas works, and plumbing. Works during Term break preferred, with school to confirm whether works can be carried during Term.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 170 Seventh Rd, Armadale on 17 October 2025 11:00 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Neerigen Brook Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 170 Seventh Rd, Armadale Western Australia 6112.
