Aspley Hornets invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) for an upcoming Design and Construct (D&C) tender to deliver upgrade and extension of existing changeroom facilities for additional female changerooms and refurbishment of existing spaces. This EoI is for contractors with an Open Builders QBCC Licence and Professional Indemnity insurance of $5 Million minimum.
This EoI seeks to find Contractors with innovative and cost-effective design solutions that demonstrate functionality, value for money, and alignment with the project’s objectives. Contractors submitting an EoI will be required to demonstrate their capability & experience with regard to above goals in mind.
The successful parties will be responsible for not only design development, but also preparing documentation for DA submission, cost control and reporting to Client, leading into finalisation and agreement of D&C lump sum price for delivery of Project, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and client performance requirements.
Tender documents will be made available to successful parties at the conclusion of the Expression of Interest process.
Site inspection / briefing sessions are available upon appointment and are to be held no later than 7th November 2025.
