Tender Description
The works include the construction of transverse drainage, pavement construction, bituminous surfacing and ancillary works over approximately 1.8km of existing gravel road.
The construction will need to be undertaken in a manner that allows access to local residents and maintains 24 hour traffic flows along Jelbart Road..
Tenderers are advised that concrete produced from the demolition of existing works may be removed to the Holbrook landfill site without incurring tipping charges. Concrete waste that contains asbestos shall re-classify the entire stockpile as contaminated waste and shall be incur charges to the contractor at Councils standard rates plus disposal costs.
A non-compulsory pre-tender meet will be held on site at 2pm on Friday November 11, 2025.
Tenderers may inspect the site at any time however attendance at the non-compulsory site meeting is encouraged and advised.
