This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a proposal for the Valuation Service Provider contract opportunity.

We are seeking an innovative, collaborative, forward thinking rating valuation specialist that will provide a future driven solution, with benefits for Tauranga City Council, and for our customers. You will excite Council with your vision to have an integrated digital platform. You will be as passionate about providing our customers with excellent communications, as we are, providing self-service options and opportunities to access open data. You will enjoy a close working relationship with Council’s team and work together locally to provide excellent service to rival any other Council in Australasia.

The successful tender will have the experience and resources to provide effective valuation services in accordance with the Rating Valuations Act 1998, Rating Valuation Regulations 1998, Rating Valuation Rules 2008 and any future requirements of the Office of the Valuer General.
