Francis Fisk Child Care Centre - Building Upgrade

Cumberland City Council is seeking experienced and qualified companies to submit proposal for works of Francis Fisk Child Care Centre. WORKS ARE TO BE COMPLETED DURING THE 3 WEEK CHRISTMAS SHUTDOWN BREAK. The contract term for this project will be 4 weeks, with the option to renew the agreement at the sole option of the Council in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the Conditions of Contract
