Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠McKinlay Shire Council invites quotations from suitably qualified contractors and service providers for a series of building maintenance projects under its 2025/26 Capital Works Program.

The scope includes:

• Caravan Park: Internal ceiling replacement in amenities building #2

• McIntyre Park Campdraft Amenities: Internal and external building maintenance

• CSA Building: Roof replacement and construction of an internal storage area

These works are essential to ensure the longevity and functionality of Council facilities for community use.

Pricing and quotations should be submitted as a separate line item for each individual facility as separable portions. This approach will assist Council in prioritising works based on available budget allocations for each facility.

A scope of works and building sketches/plans will be provided along with additional photos of each location.
