Tender for Multiple Leases - Properties in Beenleigh and Springwood

Logan City Council (Council) owns a portfolio of commercial and retail properties located in Beenleigh and Springwood. A number of current and upcoming vacancies within this portfolio are now being offered to the market for lease through a formal Request for Tender (RFT) process.

Council invites submissions from interested parties for the lease of the following properties:

Council is seeking high-quality tenants who will contribute positively to the local community and commercial landscape. This tender process provides an opportunity for businesses and organisations to secure a lease in strategic and well-positioned locations within the Logan region.

ENQUIRIES:

Any questions and responses shall be collated, documented and distributed to all tenderers to ensure equity and fairness to all respondents.

All enquiries in relation to this tender must be submitted via the etender portal's Online Forum.

LODGEMENT OF SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses must be submitted using the tender response spreadsheet via the etender Portal. You are able to reference and attach relevant separate documentation as part of your response to questions to support your submission.

Any difficulty completing or uploading your submission should be urgently reported to the etender Portal.

BRIEFING

An online tender briefing session will be held for prospective tenderers, on Monday 20th October 2025, via MS Teams commencing at 10.00am AEST.

Attendance at the online tender briefing session is not mandatory.

Attendance at the inspection is not mandatory but encouraged. Attendees are to email tendering@logan.qld.gov.au by 5pm the day prior to the inspection advising the names of those proposing to attend.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

Responses can only be submitted electronically through etender portal and prior to the Closing Date (Friday, 2pm AEST 31 October 2025). At any time prior to the Closing Date, Council may issue additional or different information to tenderers, which shall be taken into account in preparation of the Tender.
