Margaret River Leschenaultia Ave Pump Station Grade Out

Water Corporation is inviting organisations with suitable experience, capability and capacity to submit a bid for manufacture, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of wastewater infrastructure assets. The work shall include restoration of excavated and disturbed facilities including land and land surfaces to their preconstruction condition except as may otherwise be directed.

A compulsory site visit will take place at 01:00 pm (WST) on Wednesday, 15thOctober 2025. Further information on the site visit can be obtained from the bid documents.

The bid documents may be accessed on 09/10/2025 by companies registered as Water Corporation suppliers or bidders via the supplier portal.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Corner of Melaleuca Blvd and Leschenaultia Ave,, Margaret River on 15 Oct, 2025 1:00 PM.

The Bidder shall confirm their attendance prior to commencement of the meeting with the person holding the Compulsory Bid Briefing and Site Inspection as follows:

• if attending in person, sign the attendance register; or
• if attending via WebEx, verbally confirm their attendance.

Bidders may take photographs of the site being inspected during the Compulsory Site Inspection provided they have obtained the prior approval of Water Corporation. However, Bidders must not, under any circumstances, make any audio or visual recordings of any Compulsory Site Inspection or Bid Briefing.

Bidders are not permitted to enter a Water Corporation site during the Bid Invitation period (even if public access is permitted to the area) without prior permission from Water Corporation. Bidders may request a site visit during the Bid Invitation period by contacting the Bid Contact.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
