Tender Description
The National Gallery is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Ticketing System solution.
The CRM element of the solution should support effective marketing, membership opportunities and benefit management, private giving and partnerships management, as well general ticket holders and other key stakeholders.
The Ticketing element of the solution should enable effective sales of exhibition and event tickets, including capacity and attendance management.

The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
The Tenderer must not have had an adverse Court or Tribunal decision, not including decisions under appeal, for a breach of workplace relations law, work health and safety law, or workers’ compensation law and the Tenderer has not fully complied or is not fully complying with the order
