Redcliffe Wash Bay Upgrade

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake wash bay upgrade works at Redcliffe Bus Depot.

The Work includes but is not limited to:

• Remove, decommission and dispose of all existing concrete and drainage infrastructure within the wash bay facility;

• Supply and install new drainage infrastructure;

• Supply and install new 27.2m x 7.0m (approx.) concrete slab and associated finishes.

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Redcliffe Bus Depot, 34 Redcliffe Rd, Redcliffe on 30 Oct, 2025 10:48 AM.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
