Solar PV, Battery & EV Charging Station Tender

Junee Shire Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the design, supply & installation of the following equipment at the Junee Junction Recreation and Aquatic Centre (JJRAC):

• 99kW roof-mounted solar PV system
• 90kWh (usable) battery capacity
• 80kW AC output inverter capacity
• 250A MCCB at MSB
• Distribution board (PV-DB) with 160A MCCB provision.
• 90kW DC dual port EV charging station

as per the supplied two (2) Scope of Works

The system is to be installed, commissioned and fully operational by 7th October 2026.

The Contractor is to:

• Review the documents set out in this Tender including two (2) scope of works and prepare a quotation to address these specifications.
• Provide a complete solar PV, battery system & EV charging system including the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the system and establishing a public charge management system.?
• Prepare all documentation and submit applications to Essential Energy for connection approval and claim STCs on Junee Shire Council behalf.
• Provide relevant case studies or example solutions that have been delivered that demonstrate their capability to meet these objectives and functional requirements of the project.
• The successful Contractor shall be required to provide and follow a comprehensive WH&S and Risk Management system, adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation plus hold and maintain suitable Public Liability insurance, Workers Compensation insurance, and all other relevant insurances as detailed in the Tender documentation.
