Tender Description

The BOT at Upper Hutt School are seeking the services of a main contractor to undertake the construction works for Upper Hutt School Roofing, Covered Archway, Undulating Floor and LSM Bathroom

This project will include:

LSM Bathroom

• Demolition of existing accessible toilet, making good for new office.

• Demolition and reconfiguration of existing resource room into new Universal Bathroom.

• New wall and floor framing.

• New door joinery, and door closers.

• Electrical works.

• Plumbing works.

• Installation of new floor, wall, ceiling linings, and coverings

• Installation of Universal Bathroom equipment

• Tree removal and demolition of timber framed structure and matting.

• Removal and levelling of concrete and installation of new concrete at removed tree and uneven areas identified.

• The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion. Roofing, Covered Archway & Undulating Floor

• Removal of existing translucent roofing, spouting and flashings on archway.

• Installation of new trafficable translucent curved roofing on stainless steel mesh, spouting and flashings on archway.

• Removal of existing translucent roofing, spouting and flashings on archway.

• Removal of existing roofing iron, flashings, spouting & skylight on admin roof.

• Installation of new Roof Logic FiberTite roofing membrane, flashing and new spouting on admin roof.

• Removal of existing internal aluminum framed glass sliding doors.

• Check floor level, pack and level as required.

• Installation of new sliding door joinery with manifestations.

• Installation of decorative aluminum panels on archgola and covered porch.

• Installation of bag cubbies at archgola deck and covered porch

• The project will be a complete turnkey project where the completed section of the building ready for school use will be handed over on completion
