OVERVIEW:

The University of South Australia invites prospective Respondents to submit a quotation for the provision of 2025 City East Centenary C3-16 General Teaching Space (CE-C3-16-GTS).

Background

a. The University of South Australia (UniSA) is seeking quotations for the supply and installation of AV equipment for a General Teaching Space within the Centenary building, room C3-16, at City East campus. It will be upgraded to be compliant with the new UniSA Audio Visual System Design Standards.

UniSA invites you to quote on the supply of equipment and installation services as detailed under Functionality and Equipment Requirements.

b. The currently existing C3-16 lecture theatre system will be fully decommissioned as part of the project.

This RFQ package comprises:

1. Request for Quote Document (PDF)

2. Section D: Returnable Pricing Schedule (EXCEL)

3. Appendix III: UniSA AV Drawing Set for CE-C3-16-GTS (PDF)

UniSA invites prospective Respondents to submit their RFQ by reading and completing the provided RFQ documentation via the etender portal.

ENQUIRES/CLARIFICATIONS:

Enquiries must be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. The Respondent shall submit any clarifications or questions to the University using the "Private Question" method in the Online Forum tool within the System. The University shall respond to the clarifications or questions by responding publicly to all Respondents if the information provided is relevant to all Respondents.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box using the Word/Excel version of the Schedule/s. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient time to undertake the upload and submission process. Late submissions WILL NOT be accepted.

Deadline for requests for clarification: 21 October 2025

The University of South Australia is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the RFQ process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
