Tender Description

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake office refurbishment & ceiling replacement works at Rockingham Beach Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to ACM removal, ceiling replacements, cabinetry, floor finishes, painting and making good. During school term period, major intrusive works cannot occur during school hours since Admin Building will be occupied by the school. ACM related works are to strictly occur in Christmas school holidays.
