Email Marketing Automation Platform

Project goals

This RFT will specifically seek a MAP provider that can meet SOH's orgnaisational requirements and match its level of maturity as further described in the RFT documents.

Scope

SOH requires an Email Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) solution to manage its substantial marketing communication subscriber base and deliver highly personalised experiences across multiple chanels. This solution is a critical component of SOH's digital marketing strategy, leveraging email and other digital channels to drive ticket sales, enhance customer understanding and deliver a seamless digital experience. Please refer to the RFT documents for further detail.

Additional details/instructions

Please read the Invitation to Tender (ITT) letter first. There are three confidential documents that form part of this RFT, which can only be accessed once the Confidentiality Deed (attached to the back of the ITT letter) has been completed and submitted.

Please complete the Confidentiality Deed and return it to the Contact Person at procurement@sydneyoperahouse.com. Once SOH has reviewed your submission and confirmed there are no issues, the confidential documents will be made available to you.

Opportunity requirements

1. Completion of the Tenderer Response Package (Part A & B)

Tenderers are required to complete and submit the Tenderer Response Package.

The Package includes

Part A: 10 Documents for the Tenderer's review and completion (3 of which are classified as confidential and require the completion of a confidentiality deed in order to gain access to the documents. The deed is attached to the ITT letter)

Part B: Returnable Schedules for the Tenderer's review and completion. Note, a Word Version of the Returnable Schedules is provided in this folder for the tenderer to complete.
