Lease of Community Land Formerly Known as the ‘Rivoli Bay Sailing Club’

Wattle Range Council invites Expressions of Interest for a ground lease of the portion of land formerly known as the “Rivoli Bay Sailing Club” located at Allotment 1 D26118, CR Volume 5753 Folio 171, Hundred of Rivoli Bay.

Expressions of interest must be consistent with the approved dedication of the land and in keeping with the related Community Land Management Plan.

Interested parties will be required to complete the Expression of Interest Form and address the key assessment criteria contained as part of the Information Package.

Expressions of Interest marked "Tender Box - Expression of Interest Lease of the former Rivoli Bay Sailing Club, Southend" must be lodged electronically prior to 9am Monday, 3 November 2025, to Council's email address tenders@wattlerange.sa.gov.au
