This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide Information Division (ID) of the Attorney-General’s Department (AGD) a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide ICT Market Research and Advisory Services.
The organisation seeks access to ICT advisory services to inform strategic technology advice, support enterprise architecture, and guide technology investments.
Objectives include improving ICT decision-making, staying informed on emerging technology trends, validating vendor options, and enabling benchmarking and planning
Independent technical research and analysis services are an important source of technology trend information and help to inform the department’s staff on a broad spectrum of issues.
AGD is conducting this procurement process using an established panel approaching one or more providers that it has identified are suitably qualified, experienced and skilled to undertake the delivery of the stated Services
The services being purchased will:
- help AGD gain a deeper understanding of market dynamics and trends
- inform decision-making and communication practices
- help decision-makers respond to market changes
- investigate emerging and existing technologies to measure the market and identify gaps
- ensure recommendations are clear and aligned to the objectives and strategic goals of the organisation
Under the contract AGD may ask sellers to:
- analyse the market

- employ research methods such as surveys, trend analysis, quantitative modelling
- collect and interpret market data
- provide reports on actionable insights and recommendations
- use industry specific knowledge and experience to tailor research and advice.
- conduct viability studies on adopting new technologies or upgrading existing ones
- provide advice on how to market new technology based on demographic data from adoption behaviour and products and messaging preferences
