Chair - Audit Committee

Wagait Shire Council is seeking nominations from suitably qualified persons for the positions of Chair, Audit Committee.

The Audit Committee meets quarterly, is an advisory committee to Council and provides advice on internal control processes, the effectiveness of financial and corporate governance and compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
