Corporate and Public Facilities Cleaning Services

Waikato District Council (WDC) is seeking to engage one or two competent suppliers to deliver consistent, high-standard, sustainable, and efficient cleaning services throughout our district for a contract term of three years with two rights of renewal of two years each (3+2+2) for a maximum term of seven (7) years. The two contract opportunities are:

1. Corporate Office and Library Cleaning

2. Public Facility Cleaning and Associated Services.

Respondents are invited to tender for either or both contract opportunities.
