Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is now inviting Tenders for the provision of asset maintenance services for a period of 2 years. At Councils sole discretion, the contract may be extended for 2 further periods of 12 months each.

Asset maintenance services include:

Stormwater Drainage Pit Clearing & Cleaning
Pipeline Inspections
Road Shoulder Maintenance
Drainage Upgrades
Signage
Pothole Maintenance
Unsealed Roads Maintenance
Fencing
Traffic Island Cleaning
Open Channel Easement Maintenance
Paved Footpath Upgrades

Council reserves the right to award the business to one contractor or a panel of contractors qualified to provide these Services/Goods. Where the business is awarded to a panel of contractors, Council may exercise its option to extend the contract with one, many or all panellists.

All interested parties are invited to submit tenders in accordance with this Invitation to Tender.
