Tender Description

We are looking for a main contractor only with design and build components of the contract. Any tender submissions which do not include the full scope of works will not be considered.

  • Demolition of 4x sheds and design and build for 1x replacement fit-for-purpose caretaker/storage shed, approximately 55m2 internally
  • Building consent, inspections and certification
  • Supply of 2x storage containers for the duration of the works
  • Asbestos testing is to be carried simultaneously with the tender process. Potential areas of asbestos are noted in the scope and should be accounted for in the schedule of prices.
