Project goals

Delivery of NSWTA’s portfolio of programs, projects, and key initiatives-key goals include:

• Maintaining accuracy of the portfolio schedule, including the critical path of programs and projects
• Managing the monthly portfolio reporting cycle and escalation pathways across key forums
• Managing program and project risks
• Providing weekly escalations to the Leader, Program Delivery, on variations and/or risks to the critical path

Scope

NSWTA seeks to engage professional services to support the effective delivery of its portfolio of programs, projects, and strategic initiatives. The scope of services includes maintaining the accuracy of the overall portfolio schedule (including critical path tracking), managing the monthly reporting cycle and escalation processes across key governance forums, overseeing program and project risk management, and providing regular escalation updates.
