The City seeks to engage a consultant who has relevant skills and experience and a demonstrated understanding of providing the Requirements, including:
- Developing master plans for progressive, vibrant coastal communities similar to Dunsborough.
- Engaging and working with internal and external stakeholders for purposes of developing and implementing such a masterplan.
- Town planning and infrastructure requirements that would inform and apply to the development of a Dunsborough Foreshore Masterplan.
