The Arts and Culture Trust (ACT) is seeking to engage a supplier to replace, rebuild and maintain its external website. ACT is responsible for managing a broad and diverse range of arts and cultural assets: His Majesty’s Theatre (HMT), State Theatre Centre (STC), Subiaco Arts Centre (SAC), Albany Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Perth Cultural Centre (PCC).

Background

ACT’s website is a crucial infrastructure with around 542,959 sessions a year. Year-to-date it has processed 84% of ACT’s ticket sales valued $8.37 million.

The current external website operating Umbraco version7 was released in 2016. The website has not been updated since and reached its end-of-life on 30 September 2023. In addition, the current external website is no-longer supported by open-source content management system (CMS).
