Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is inviting Tenders for the execution of Detailed Design and Technical Specifications for the completion of the Water Distribution Network on Rottnest Island by qualified Civil Engineering Consultant/s.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Rottnest Island at the Hub, Rottnest Island on 16 October 2025 11:00 AM.

The Tenderer and relevant sub-consultants shall attend a Mandatory Briefing and Site Inspection on Thursday 16th October 2025 at 11.00am. The meeting point will be in front of the RIA office on Rottnest Island at the Hub and transport will be provided.

The Tenderer shall confirm its attendance by no later than 3 pm on Wednesday 15th October 2025 by contacting the Project Manager, Peter Oliver, by email at Peter.Oliver@dbca.wa.gov.au.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
