Tender Description
The Shire of Capel invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the preparation of three (3) concept designs, the development of the preferred option into a detailed design, and the delivery of Issued for Tender drawings and specifications.
The consultant will also be required to assist the Shire in securing all necessary statutory approvals and permits relevant to a foreshore development project. In addition, the scope of works includes the provision of high-quality visualisations and renders to support Council deliberations and facilitate effective community engagement.
