Expression of Interest Elizabeth Mall Booth

The City of Hobart is inviting expressions of interest from organisations and businesses wishing to lease the property known as the Elizabeth Mall Booth (the Booth), situated within the Elizabeth Mall.

The Booth is a freestanding building with an approximate lettable area of 19m2. The Booth is wrapped in an artwork titled Feeling the Country by contemporary indigenous Tasmanian artist Michelle Maynard. The Booth is exposed to an excellent level of passing foot traffic.

Whilst expressions of interest are not limited to Not-for-Profit organisations, preference will be given to those applicants who can demonstrate positive community and social outcomes in line with the City’s vision and Council strategies, to ensure that the Council’s community asset provides best possible use and value to the Hobart community.

Expression of interest documentation will be available from 10 am on Monday 4 October 2025 on the City’s website hobartcity.com.au/mall-booth-eoi

All expressions of interest must be lodged by 5 pm Monday 27 October 2025.
