Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠NOPTA seeks to engage a Service Provider to provide application development services to assist in the development of NOPTA’s in house systems, including National Electronic Approvals Tracking System (NEATS) and National Offshore Petroleum Information Management System (NOPIMS). The services will complement NOPTA’s internal development team of three Senior Developers and one Business Analyst.
