Construction of The Wyndham Quarry Access - 4458 Golden Highway, Merriwa

The Mopoke Portfolio Pty Ltd is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced tenderers for the Construction of the Wyndham Quarry Access.

The Contract will be a Lump Sum, utilising the NSW Government GC21 form of contract.

The extent of works includes approximately 220m of shoulder widening and reconstruction of the Golden Highway and approximately 70m of full road construction for the quarry access. The key features of the Works under the Contract (WUC) are detailed in the relevant contract documentation and QA Specification G1.

As these works are being undertaken on a State Road - The Golden Highway, and under an approved Works Authorisation Deed (WAD), Contractor's, including traffic management must be prequalified at a level and category appropriate for that work under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts or the TfNSW Registration Scheme or Prequalification Scheme for Construction Industry Contractors (or such other prequalification scheme as determined by TfNSW).
