Defence Housing Australia (DHA) centralised Procurement Team require procurement planning and configuration services for a large-scale tender to be released using the 360 Tender Tool.

This includes providing advice on:

• Recommended configuration approach
• Optimised structure for data extraction and evaluation
• Provide hand on support with questionnaire build

The mandatory requirements for the tender will be similar to DHA-PROC-77564 - Real Estate Services Panel (Request ID: 70963) recently released using 360, however there are a large volume of technical requirements and anticipated responses.

DHA are approaching the market to establish a national panel of Residential Maintenance Services (RMS) contractors. There are approximately 26 trade specifications with multiple underpinning service schedules and compliance requirements. The services will be delivered across 23 maintenance areas nationally, resulting in a complex pricing schedule
