EOI - Management of Suffolk Park Tennis Courts

⁠⁠⁠Byron Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to Manage Suffolk Park Tennis Facility.

Byron Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced entity to manage the facility known as the Suffolk Park Tennis Courts, located in Suffolk Park, and activate the site as outlined within this document and in accordance with its various objectives, policies, and plans.

The venue is home to 2 synthetic tennis courts. The preference is for a not-for-profit community organisation to manage the Tennis Facility; however, Byron Shire Council invites and will consider submissions from all entities. The license period is to be negotiated, to a maximum of five years.
