Request for Tender - Demolition of Marathon Street Farmstead

Tamworth Regional Council is proposing the Demolition of Marathon St Farmstead Westdale NSW.

Council is seeking to enter the Contract, Q039-2026 with a private contractor for the demolition of the existing farmstead residence, sheds, yards fencing, concrete tank, footpaths and all associated items. Council requires a Contractor who is suitability qualified and experienced in demolition including the safe removal of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos containing material).

This is a lump sum contract. The contract is an amended version of AS4906 contract.

Tenderers must attend the compulsory pre-tender briefing meeting.

The briefing meeting will be held 11 am AEDT on Tuesday 14 October 2025 onsite at Marathon Street Westdale.
