Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake classroom painting works at Osborne Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to prepping the site, painting of the selected rooms, and cleaning. Works to be undertaken during school holidays only.

A briefing session will be held at 155 Albert St, Osborne Park on 13 Oct, 2025 9:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Osborne Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 155 Albert St, Osborne Park WA 6017.
